BUY-BACK PROGRAMME

International Personal Finance plc (the "Company") announces that it has entered into an irrevocable and non-discretionary arrangement with Citigroup Global Markets Limited to repurchase on its behalf and within certain pre-set parameters, ordinary shares in the Company during the period commencing on 12 October 2015 and ending on the day prior to the announcement of the Company's 2015 Q3 trading update on 27 October 2015. This arrangement is in accordance with Chapter 12 of the UKLA Listing Rules and the Company's general authority to repurchase shares.
