Notification of Transaction of Directors/PDMRs

Pets at Home Group Plc (the "Company")

Grant of Options to Directors/PDMRs under the Company's Sharesave Plan (the "Sharesave Plan")

In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.2R, the Company announces that each of the persons set out below, each being either a Director or a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (a "PDMR"), has on 6 October 2015 been granted an option (the "Option") to purchase ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") pursuant to the Sharesave Plan at an exercise price of £2.30 per Share.

The Sharesave Plan is a tax advantaged share option plan available to all of the Company's employees, subject to qualifying conditions.  The Options are, in normal circumstances, not exercisable until completion of a 3 years savings period, beginning on 1 December 2015 and will then be exercisable for a period of 6 months.  The exercise period will, therefore, in normal circumstances, be from 1 December 2018 to 31 May 2019.
