TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 8 October 2015 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 4,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 419.6794 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 420 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 418.5 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 13,031,894; and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 226,673,202.
