In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:

Since 1 September 2015 Premier Foods plc has issued no additional ordinary shares with voting rights. 

Therefore the figure of 825,750,382 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Premier Foods plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
