Dividend Declaration

The Company confirms that it will pay a final dividend of 11.2 pence per share in respect of the year ending 25 July 2015.

The final dividend will be paid on 25 November 2015 to shareholders on the register on 6 November 2015, and the shares will become ex-dividend on 5 November 2015.
