Blocklisting Interim Update

The Company provides the following updates in accordance with Schedule Six of the AIM Rules for Companies regarding its existing block listing arrangements.

Equals: Balance under the scheme of securities not yet issued at the end of the period	5,448 Ordinary Shares
Number and class of securities originally admitted and the date of admission	50,000 Ordinary Shares admitted on 3 February 2010

As at 30 September 2015, 5,448 options under this scheme remained unexercised and duly expired under the terms of the scheme. Accordingly 5,448 of the 50,000 ordinary shares originally blocklisted will never be issued and the Company is requesting the termination of the remaining headroom and closing of the blocklisting.
