Learning Technologies Group plc (AIM:LTG) announces that on 30 September 2015 Harry Hill (Deputy Chairman) acquired 13,000 Ordinary shares of GBP0.00375 in the Company at a price of 23.069 pence per share.

On 30 September 2015 the Company announced that Harry Hill had acquired 165,000 shares in the Company at 23.38 pence per share.  The price at which these shares were traded should have read 23.069 pence per share.

Following these transactions Harry Hill (including his spouse) has a beneficial interest in 2,008,000 shares which represents 0.50% of the share capital of the Company.
