Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today notified that on 30 September 2015, Harley Fairburn and Aynsley Fairburn, sons of Group Chief Executive Jeff Fairburn and connected persons, each purchased 242 ordinary shares in the Company at £20.4294 per share.  The shares were purchased for ISA accounts. 

Jeff Fairburn and his connected persons' total interests in the Company are 153,911 ordinary shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.  Jeff Fairburn also has a non-beneficial interest in 48,360 shares. 

The issued share capital of the Company on 1 October 2015 is 306,557,013 ordinary shares.
