TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 1 October 2015 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 750,853 ordinary shares at an average price of 394.3392 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 396.3 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 389.3 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 12,477,810; and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 227,227,286.
