The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circular resolution has allotted 17,240 equity shares to the employees upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Options Schemes of the Company.
Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 8,79,17,572 to 8,79,34,812 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
