Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Asian Total Return Investment Company plc ("the Company") announces that its issued share capital consists of 73,049,141 Ordinary shares and an additional Ordinary shares 12,155,671 held in treasury.  Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 73,049,141.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
