Posting of Annual Report

Filtronic plc (LSE: FTC), designer and manufacturer of microwave electronics products for wireless telecoms infrastructure and adjacent markets, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2015 ("2015 Annual Report and Accounts") was posted to shareholders on [30] September 2015.

The Company has today submitted a copy of the 2015 Annual Report and Accounts to the National Storage Mechanism where it will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm. A copy of the 2015 Annual Report and Accounts is also available on the Company's website: www.filtronic.co.uk.

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the end of November 2015. The Notice of AGM and a Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders shortly.
