Director/PDMR Shareholding

As a result of the consolidation of the Company's share capital, effective today, Norcros now has ordinary shares of 10 pence each, rather than ordinary shares of 1p each.  Set out below are the aggregate beneficial interests of each director of the Company stated as new 10 pence ordinary shares ("Shares").  There has been no change in the aggregate nominal value of each director's shareholding, other than for fractional shareholdings.
