Helical Bar Employee Share Ownership Plan Trust ("ESOP")

On the 25th September 2015, the ESOP purchased a total of 68,183 ordinary 1p shares in Helical Bar at an average price of 422.16p per share.  The ESOP now holds 2,218,959 (1.88%) ordinary 1p shares.  The purpose of the ESOP is to facilitate and encourage the ownership of shares by or for the benefit of employees by the acquisition and distribution of shares in the Company.
