("the Company")

Interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2015

The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that they have today declared an interim dividend of 37 pence per ordinary share of one penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). There are currently 12,261,477 Ordinary Shares in issue and therefore the total dividend payable is £4,536,746.

The above dividend will be paid on 30 October 2015 to shareholders on the register on 9 October 2015 and the Ordinary Shares will become ex-dividend on 8 October 2015.
