TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 28 September 2015 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 130,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 384.9688 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 395.4 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 380.3 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 11,182,964; and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 228,522,132.
