The Company announces that on 28 September 2015 Ralph Cohen, non-executive director, exercised options over 6,100 new ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme.

Mr Cohen's resulting increased interest in the Company is 64,341 Ordinary Shares representing 1.06 per cent. of the issued Company's ordinary share capital.  In addition, he holds remaining options over 1,775 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.

Following the allotment of these shares, the enlarged issued Ordinary share capital is 6,075,049 Ordinary Shares.
