Director/PDMR Shareholding

Sound Oil, the Mediterranean focused upstream gas company, announces that it has been notified that James Parsons, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has today purchased 43,766 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 13.7 pence per ordinary share.

As a result, James Parsons is now interested in 928,369 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.18% of Sound Oil's issued ordinary share capital.
