Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed today that Mrs Karen Kirby, wife of Tom Kirby, Chairman of Games Workshop, acquired 92 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 15 September 2015. The shares were acquired to reinvest the Company's recent dividend and were acquired at a price of £5.9463 pence per share.

The aggregate holding of Mr Kirby and his wife has therefore increased to 2,134,186 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.7 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
