TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 22 September 2015 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 130,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 396.7075 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 401.2 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 393.5 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 10,736,689; and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 228,968,407.
