Directorate Changes

Following the announcement made on 5 March 2015 Croda International Plc ("Croda" or "the Company") confirms that Anita Frew, Non-Executive Director and Chairman Designate, takes over as Chairman with immediate effect.   Martin Flower has retired from the Board after ten years as Croda's Chairman.  

Steve Foots, Group Chief Executive, said: "On behalf of the Board and all my Croda colleagues, I would like to thank Martin Flower for his support and outstanding contribution he has made to Croda over the last ten years."

There are no further details required to be disclosed under LR 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
