Bango (AIM: BGO), the mobile payments company, announces that on 18 September 2015 the following directors were granted options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 20p each, all at the exercise price of 88.5 pence being the opening mid-market price on 18 September 2015.

The options vest over a three year period, in twelve equal installments, one twelfth each quarter and may be exercised up to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant. The options have been granted as part of The Bango Employee Share Option Scheme.
