AGM STATEMENT

Colefax will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 11am this morning and David Green, Chairman and Chief Executive, will make the following comment on current trading.

"The Group has just started its important autumn selling season. Overall trading has been broadly in line with expectations. In the Group's core Fabric Division total sales for the four months to 31st August increased by 1% and were flat on a constant currency basis"
