Further to the announcement of 17 March 2015, Cluff Natural Resources Plc, the AIM quoted UK natural resources investing company, announces that it has been necessary to delay Admission of the 7,791,188 Second Placing Shares. A further announcement will be made prior to Admission, which is expected over the course of the next few weeks.
