Kodal Minerals, the mineral development and exploration company owning extraction and exploration licences in Norway, was notified that following an acquisition of ordinary shares of £0.0003125 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") today, Mr Paul Johnson is now interested in 37,500,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents 3.57% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
