Directors Dealings

The Company has been informed that on 1 September 2015 Colin Hargrave, Non-Executive Director of the Company and his wife Tracy Hargrave sold 9,961 ordinary shares each at a price of 153 pence per share and purchased 9,884 ordinary shares each at a price of 154 pence per share into ISAs.

Following these transactions, Mr Hargrave, including connected parties for the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, now has a beneficial interest in 126,579 ordinary shares in the Company representing 1.3 per cent of the issued share capital and holds 10,000 options over shares in Best of the Best granted under the terms of the Unapproved Share Option Scheme.
