Director/PDMR shareholding: Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R

On 2 September 2015, Computacenter plc (the "Company") was notified that Greg Lock, the non-executive chairman of the Company, had on the same day, purchased 27,300 ordinary shares of 7 5/9 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 774.2 pence per share. The Company was additionally notified on 2 September 2015 that Rosemary Lock, a connected person of Greg Lock, had also on the same day purchased a total of 16,778 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 774.2 pence per share.  These purchases, in total, represented approximately 0.0359% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following these purchases, Greg Lock's beneficial holding is 435,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.35% of the Company's issued share capital.
