TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 27 August 2015 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 139,300 ordinary shares at an average price of 400.3378 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 403.3 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 396.70 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 9,995,126; and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 229,709,970.
