On 25 August 2015, the board of Gear4music (Holdings) plc ("Gear4music", the "Company" or the "Group") was informed that, also on 25 August 2015, Gareth Bevan, the Group's Chief Commercial Officer, purchased 13,920 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 142.5p per share. Mr Bevan's beneficial holding now stands at 134,382 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.7% of the issued share capital of the Company to which voting rights are attached.
