INTERNATIONAL PERSONAL FINANCE PLC ("IPF" or the "Company")

UPDATE ON TOTAL COST OF CREDIT AMENDMENT LAW IN POLAND

IPF notes that the final version of the legislation introducing a cap on all non-interest costs of credit, as well as certain other restrictions, was signed earlier today by the President of Poland.

Apart from a few minor technical amendments, the new legislation is in line with the Company's previous expectations. Lenders will be required to comply six months from the date of publication and the law is expected to become effective by the end of the first quarter of 2016.
