TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 24 August 2015 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 143,700 ordinary shares at an average price of 378.4543 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 383.2 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 371 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 9,574,864; and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 230,130,232.
