New Group General Counsel and Company Secretary appointed
Land Securities announces that it has appointed Tim Ashby to the post of Group General Counsel and Company Secretary with effect from 7 September 2015.
The appointment follows the resignation of Adrian de Souza, who served in the role for five years until April 2015. Since April, Michael Arnaouti has held the position of Company Secretary. Michael will remain with Land Securities as Deputy Company Secretary for the time being to ensure a smooth handover.
Tim joins from Mothercare plc where he has been Group General Counsel and Company Secretary since 2010. He said: "I am excited to be taking this role at Land Securities whose clear strategy and consistently strong results I have long admired. In joining the Executive Committee, I look forward to playing a significant role as part of the senior management team and contributing to the future success of the Company."
