Change of Accounting Reference Date

The Directors of Inspiration (formerly called Inditherm plc) announce that the Company's accounting reference date has changed from 31 December to 31 January.

As a result, the Company will publish a half yearly report for the six months ended 31 July 2015 by 30 September 2015.

The half yearly report will incorporate, by way of note, proforma half yearly accounts for Inditherm plc for the six months ended 30 June 2015 on a standalone basis, without taking account of the acquisition of Inspiration Healthcare Limited which completed on 24 June 2015.
