The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 July 2015 was 107.72p per share.

An interim dividend of 3.0p per share has been declared and is payable on 18 September 2015 to members on the register as of 4 September 2015.

The interim dividend of 3.0p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 July 2015 as the ex-dividend date is 3 September 2015.
