The balance of 250,000 shares are owned beneficially by RAB Capital Holdings Limited ("RCH"), a company in which Mr Richards is majority shareholder, and of which he is an executive director. Owing to Mr Richards' position in relation to RCH, we consider it appropriate to aggregate their respective holdings as per Box 8 above.
