Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has received notification that, on 17 August 2015, Nick Robertson, Chief Executive Officer, exercised share options under the ASOS Plc HMRC Approved Save As You Earn Plan (the "SAYE Plan") over ordinary shares of 3.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary  Shares").

The details relating to share options exercised were as follows:
