Notification of transactions by Directors or Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified today of the following transaction in the ordinary shares of 6.5p shares  ("Shares") in the Company:

·      On 13 August 2015, Mr Robert Childs, a Director, exercised 206,882 options under the Company's Performance Share Plan and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of  927.695p each.

The transaction took place in Switzerland.

Following this transaction Mr Childs remains interested in 1,511,866 Shares.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R (1).
