United Kingdom Bucharest Branch, in its capacity as Sole Administrator and Fund Manager of Fondul Proprietatea S.A., announces that Semi-annual Report as of 30 June 2015 is availablele starting with August 13, 2015, 8:30 a.m. (Bucharest time) on the Fondul Proprietatea official website www.fondulproprietatea.ro, in the Section « Investor Relations / Financial Results », and can be read daily at Fondul Proprietatea's headquarters in Bucharest, 78 - 80 Buzeşti Street, 7th floor, district 1, Romania, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on its official webpage, www.fondulproprietatea.ro, in the Section « Investor Relations / Financial Results ».

United Kingdom Sucursala Bucureşti, în calitate de administrator unic şi societate de administrare a investiţiilor Fondului Proprietatea S.A., informează că Raportul pentru semestrul încheiat la 30 iunie 2015 al administratorului Fondului Proprietatea S.A. este disponibil incepand cu data de 13 August, ora 8.30 (ora Romaniei) pe pagina oficială de internet a Fondului Proprietatea www.fondulproprietatea.ro, la Secţiunea «Relaţii cu investitorii/Rezultate financiare », putand fi consultat zilnic la sediul social al Fondului Proprietatea S.A. din municipiul Bucureşti, Str. Buzeşti nr. 78 - 80, etaj 7, sector 1, România, de luni până vineri, între orele 09.00 - 17.00, precum şi pe pagina oficială de internet a acestuia: www.fondulproprietatea.ro, la Secţiunea «Relaţii cu investitorii/Rezultate financiare ».
