TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 12 August 2015 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 158,600 ordinary shares at an average price of 398.3013 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 400.5 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 395.7 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 8,850,112; and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 230,854,984.
