Acquisition Completion

Everyman is pleased to announce that following its announcements on 20th April 2015 and 25th June 2015, the Company has now fully exchanged and completed with Odeon Cinemas Limited and ABC Cinemas Ltd on the acquisition of four cinemas located in Gerrards Cross, Esher, Muswell Hill and Barnet.

The Company also today announces that it intends to release its interim results on 28th September 2015.
