Jaywing announces that Charles Buddery, non-executive director, has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect. The Board would like to thank Charles for his invaluable support over the last three and a half years, and for his input into the success and strategic direction of the business. The Board wishes Charles all the best in his future endeavours.

Furthermore, the Company has been notified that Charles and his wife today sold 2.4 million and 1.1 million ordinary shares respectively in the Company at a price of 31.5p per share. Following this sale, Charles and his wife have a beneficial interest in 406,615 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.5 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
