NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR'S DEALING

In accordance with the provisions of DTR3.1.2R, the Company announces the exercise and partial sale of options over the Company's 50p Ordinary Shares by Bob Contreras as follows:

1.    Exercise of 231,816 (0.174%) Performance Share Plan nil cost options, of which 109,173 (0.082%) were sold at 543.522p to cover PAYE liabilities;

2.    Exercise and sale of 29,719 (0.022%) Deferred Annual Bonus Plan nil cost options at 543.522p. These options, originally awarded in 2010, were due to lapse on 11 August 2015.

The above transactions took place on 6 August 2015 in London and were notified to the Company on 6 August 2015.

Prior to the above transactions Bob Contreras was beneficially interested in 120,058 (0.09%) Ordinary Shares of the Company. Following the above transactions, his beneficial interest has increased to 242,701 (0.182%), equating (at 543.5p) to 323% of salary.

He also has:

-      132,316 vested but unexercised Deferred Annual Bonus Plan options; and

-      128,917 Performance Share Plan options due to vest on 17 August 2015
