TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 7 August 2015 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 205,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 407.2218 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 412 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 401.4 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 8,738,478; and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 230,966,618.
