Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Company announces the appointment of Bob Beveridge FCA as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. He will chair the Company's Audit Committee.

Mr. Beveridge has wide ranging non-executive director and public company experience.  He is Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Brady plc, Volex plc, InternetQ plc and Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Previously Mr. Beveridge was Group Finance Director of McBride plc, Marlborough Stirling plc and Cable and Wireless Communications plc.
