As at 31 July 2015, Pembroke VCT plc's capital consists of 18,141,202 Ordinary Shares with voting rights and 5,836,120 B Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Pembroke VCT plc is 23,977,322.
