Relocation and Directorate Changes

Further to the announcements made on 25 February and 14 April 2015 regarding the Relocation Decision and Directorate Change, MJ Gleeson (GLE.L) ("Gleeson" or the "Group"), the urban regeneration and strategic land specialist, confirm that the following become effective today, 31 July 2015:-

·   The relocation of all of the Group's finance function and change of registered office address to 6 Europa Court, Sheffield Business Park, Sheffield, S9 1XE.

·   Following his initial appointment as CFO Designate effective 29 June 2015, Stefan Allanson's formal appointment as Chief Financial Officer, to the Board and as Company Secretary.

·   Alan Martin stepping down as Chief Financial Officer, from the Board and as Company Secretary. 

No further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13 R.
