Statement regarding Offer for Subscription

The Company launched a B Ordinary Share offer in October 2014.  The B Ordinary Shares are a separate class of share, distinct from the existing Ordinary Shares, and with distinct rights to a separate pool of assets and liabilities.

In accordance with the announcement made on 29 July 2015, all shares have now been listed and the offer is now formally closed.  Total B Ordinary Shares in issue total 5,836,120 shares.
