Trading Update and Notice of Half-Year Results

TP Group (AIM: TPG), the specialist engineering group focused on the aerospace & defence and energy & process industry sectors, announces that Interim Results for the half-year ended 30th June 2015 will be announced on Tuesday 15th September 2015.

The Group expects to continue reducing losses and to deliver a full-year performance in line with market expectations.

Further details of trading and progress against strategy will be provided as a commentary with the results.
