TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 30 July 2015 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 183,600 ordinary shares at an average price of 393.4253 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 397.9 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 387.5 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 7,944,656; and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 231,760,440.
