Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company announces it has been notified that on 29 July 2015 Alan Hardy, a non-executive Director of the Company, sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 94.5 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Hardy's beneficial interest is now 4,096,474 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 5.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
